  • Experiment
    YAC clones and a series of overlapping deletion mutant embryonic stem cell clones produced by x-ray irradiation were isolated to physically map the Hprt region of mouse Chromosome X. The following order of loci was reported: DXMit165 - DXMit50 - DXMit105- DXMit83 - DXMit192 - DXMit106 - DXMit166 - DXJti1 - DXMit22 - Hprt - DXMit23 - DXJti2 - DXJti3 - DXMit159 - DXMit91 - DXMit68 - DXMit193 - DXMit86 - DXMit209 - DXMit92 - DXMit140.
