Notes
  • Reference
    Authors use Nkg2d, Cd94, Nkrp1a, Nkrp1b and Nkrp1c for locus symbols D6H12S2489E, Klrd1, Ly55a, Ly55b and Ly55c respectively.
  • Experiment
    Overlapping clones were used to physically map loci within the natural killer complex on mouse Chromosome 6. The follwoing order of loci was reported: D6Wum6 - Klrb1a - Klrb1b - Klrb1c - Cd69 - D6H12S2489E - Klrd1 - Klra5 - Klra4 - Klra6, Klra8 - Klra7 -Klra3 - Klra1 - D6Wum5. The YAC contig covers approximately 2.0 Mb region of Chromosome 6.
