  Thymic CD4/CD8 cell count ratios demonstrated a co-dominant pattern of inheritance strongly correlated with the 18.5 - 19.5 cM region of mouse Chromosome 14. This quantitative trait locus has been termed Tsri. Markers linked to this locus include D14Mit101, D14Mit62, D14Mit142 and D14Mit113. Most significant linkage is associated with the D14Mit62 and D14Mit142 markers for Tcra.
