Notes
  • Reference
Authors use Ctp, Idd, Tssk-1, Es2, and Tuple1 for Dgsj, Dgsc, Tssk, D16H22S1269E and Hira respectively.
  • Experiment
    The DiGeorge (DGS) and Velocardiofacial (VCFS) syndrome regions of mouse Chromosome 16 were physically mapped through analysis of overlapping clones. The order of loci was reported as: centromere - (3' Dgcr2 - 5') - Tssk (3' D16H22S1269E 5') - Gscl - Dgsj - Dgcr6 - Pnutl1 - Gp1bb - (5' Ufd1l - 3') - (5' - Hira - 3').
