  • Experiment
    The authors used physical mapping to place the F2r, F2rl1, and F2rl2 genes on mouse Chromosome 13. A combination of PFGE and Southern analysis of numerous restriction enzyme digests of the 80kb BAC insert to construct a map of the locus. The order of the genes are F2rl2 - (~25kb) - F2r - F2rl1.
