Inspection of cosmid clones physically mapped Tapbp between 66 and 76kkb centromeric of H2-K, and between H2-Ke1 and H2-Ke2. An overall order of loci on mouse Chromosome 17 is given as: centromere - H2-Ke1 - Tapbp - H2-Ke2 - Rps18 - H2-K2.
