Notes
  • Experiment
    The authors identified 8 recombinants in the (M. domesticus - tlub3 or tw5-lub3 x M. spretus)F1 x M. spretus cross. 1 recombinant separated D17Leh48, Tcp1, and D17Leh119 from Tcp10c, D17Leh66D, Hba-ps4, Cryaa and D17Leh89. 7 recombinants separated D17Leh48 and Tcp1 from the other 6 loci. Combined with the data from the other crosses in this paper, it appears that the order of the loci (D17Leh48 - Tcp1 - D17Leh119 - Tcp10c) in t haplotypes and M. spretus is reversed in comparison to the order in M.domesticus and M. abbotti (D17Leh48 - D17Leh119 - Tcp1- Tcp10c).
