The order/distance of the loci is: Sprr2a - Sprr2b - 9kb - Sprr2c - 15kb - Sprr2d - Sprr2e - 13kb - Sprr2f - 8kb - Sprr2g - 10kb - Sprr2h - Sprr2i - 10kb - Sprr2j - 10kb - Sprr2k. The estimated distance between Sprr2a and Sprr2k is about 140kb.
