Cdkn2b direct sequencing Cdkn2b genomic
D4Pel1 direct sequencing Cdkn2b genomic
Cdkn2a reported elsewhere
Notes
  • Experiment
The authors cloned and sequenced a genomic DNA fragment containing the Cdkn2b gene and D4Pel1. D4Pel1 was identified 0.7kb downstream of Cdkn2b and close to exon 1 [b] of Cdkn2a. Previous mapping studies have linked Cdkn2b and Cdkn2a to mouse Chromosome 4. The authors were thus able to physically map D4Pel1 to mouse Chromosome 4.
