GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Rps18 PCR amplified length variant Are1-20, Rps18-3
Vps52 PCR amplified length variant Are1-20, Rps18-3
Notes
  • Experiment
A pair of PCR primers based on Rps18 and Sacm2l sequences revealed a distance of 482 bp between the translational start codons of the loci. Confirmation of this mapping came from hybridization of a rat Rps18 probe to a mouse clone encoding Sacm2l. Rps18 has been previously mapped to mouse Chromosome 17, also placing Sacm2l on that chromosome.
