Genes
GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
T(4;17)2Lws
D17Mit152
D17Mit41 PCR amplified length variant D17Mit41-pA, D17Mit41-pB
Notes
  • Experiment
The dominant induced mutation Tim, which is tightly associated with a reciprocal translocation T(4;17)2Lws was typed with genetic markers to better define the translocation breakpoint region. The results indicate that the translocation breakpoint is between D17Mit152 and D17Mit41 on mouse Chromosome 17.
