    Murine embryonic fibroblasts in which the mouse gene FYn was knocked out were used as donors to construct monochromosomal hybrids that contained mouse Chromosome 10 as the only chromosome.Various mouse Chromosome 10 microsatellite markers, including D10Mit181 and D10Mit194, were used along with FISH to verify the mouse chromosome complement.
