GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Evi12 overlapping clones, direct sequencing [l]503
Hsp90b1 overlapping clones, direct sequencing [l]503
Notes
  • Experiment
The authors isolated a phage [l]503 which contained the Evi12 viral intergration site as well as coding sequences from the first three exons of the Tra1 gene. Sequence analysis demonstrated that Evi2 is located upstream of the Hsp90b1 gene.
