  Intercross (CBy-Atp2b2^dwf-2J/+ x MOLF/Ei)F2 progeny were informative in mapping Atp2b2 with Chromosome 6 marker D6Mit12. Additional markers typed in the intercross allowed for the fine mapping of Atp2b2 to a 1.5 cM region of mouse Chromosome 6 flanked by D6Mit328 and D6Mit55 with close association with marker D6Mit23 and D6Mit11.
