• Experiment
  The authors tested five contiguous YACs spanning the mouse X Chromosome from 29.4 cM to 30.5 cM for the presence of the Il1rak gene. The Il1rak gene was assigned to a 50kb region of overlap between the telomeric end of the YAC D741C3 and the centromeric end of YAC B7S6. Il1rak was therefore placed between the Avpr2 and Opn1lw gene on mouse Chromosome X.
