• Experiment
  On two independent BAC clones exons for both Nfic and Tbxa2r were identified, therefore establishing physical linkage of the two mouse Chromosome 10 loci. Additionally the two BAC clones that carry Nfic and Tbxa2r also had sequence that identified mouse gene Hmg20b, thus indicating that Nfic, Tbxa2r and Hmg20b are physically linked on mouse Chromosome 10.
