  Overlapping BAC genomic clones were informative in ordering the following loci on mouse Chromosome 2: Oxt - Ptpra - D2Mit78 - sn - D2Mit338 - Adra1d - D2Mit77 - D2Mit307. The genomic contig included the region of mouse Chromosome 2 that contained the Atrn^mg locus and enabled the authors to isolate an Atrn^mg cDNA clone. (AF116897).
