    The authors mapped several markers on a T31 radiation bhybrid panel to determine the orientation of the BAC contig. The order and distance of the markers on mouse Chromosome 5 are: D5Mit151 - 0.61 cR - D5Buc12 - 0.10 cR - D5Buc18 - 0.29 cR - Gabrb1 - 0.28 cR - D5Mit305 - 0.38 cR - D5Mit58.
