  Analysis of the clone [l]1.1 containing more than 10kb of 5' flanking sequences of the Ctsk gene revealed sequences specific for the Arnt gene. The two genes reside in the same orientation, the polyadenylation signal for the arnt gene is approximately 4.5kb upstream of the Ctsk gene on mouse Chromosome 3.
