Notes
  • Experiment
Authors performed physical mapping by PCR analysis of a mouse YAC contig on mouse Chromosome 13. Based on the positive signals of the four YACs, 386f2, 334g7, 227a6 and 124a12, the authors were able to localize the Rad17 gene between the Ccnb1 and the Gtf2h2 gene on distal mouse Chromosome 13.
