  The authors genotyped the animals from the [(SJL/J x C3H/HeJ)F1 x C3H/HeJ] and [(SJL/L x CBA/J)F1 x CBA/J] backcrosses with 19 markers located betweeb D6Nds3 and D6Mit13a that are polymorphic between SJL and both C3H/HeJ and CBA/J. The analysis of the resulting strain distribution patterns (SDP) placed Hrh1 between D6Mit216 and the cluster D6Nit218/D6Mit256/D6Mit52 on mouse Chromosome 6.
