  Authors used the T31 Radiation Hybrid panel to map the Etsrp81 gene to mouse Chromosome 12 in the vicinity of D12Mit59 with a LOD score of 6.6. Two-point analysis indicated strong linkage of Meox2 to Etsrp81. Multipoint analysis established the followingorder (LOD = 4.2): centromere - D12Mit59 - 25.2 cR - Meox2 - 13.9 cR - Etv1 -telomere.
