GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Col4a3 direct sequencing TyBS
Col4a4 direct sequencing TyBS
Notes
  • Experiment
Authors identified a 50kb deletion caused by transgene insertion that removed exons 1-12 of the Col4a4 gene, intergenic promoter region and exons 1-2 of the Col4a3 gene on mouse Chromosome 1. The genes were arranged in a head to head orientation. The promoter region for the genes was isolated within a 0.5kb fragment.
