  The authors sequenced a 123kb BAC and mapped the Il1rak, Mecp2 and Opn1lw genes to mouse Chromosome X. The order of the genes were: centromere - 3' Il1rak - 5' (~4kb) - 3' - Mecp2 - 5' - (~40kb) - 5' - Opn1lw - 3' - telomere.
