Rps6ka2
Tcp10b
Notes
  • Experiment
The authors identified two hybridizing fragments, B7.8 and B9.1 to the Tcp10b region on mouse Chromosome 17. These fragments contained the Smok1 gene and a fusion gene corresponding to Tcr1. Tcr1 was found to be an allele of Smok1 derived from a fusion of the 5' end of Smok1 and the neighboring Rps6ka2 gene.
