• Experiment
  Five separate phage clones containing the mouse Klf1 locus were obtained in order to map mouse Dnase2. Two phage clones were informative to provide the following order of genes: Gcdh - Klf1 - Dnase2a - Sast with the last three markers occupying approximately 14kb of contiguous DNA.
