Notes
  • Experiment
In crosses involving 129S3/SvImJ and C57BL/6J inbred mice a locus on mouse Chromosome 13 in the 129S3/SvImJ strain was found to be associated with male germ cell tumors of the testes. This locus designated as Pgct1 segregated significantly (-log(p) = 7.82) with D13Mit188. In adddition, regions within mouse Chromosomes 6, 9, and 12 also showed an association with the phenotype, however further linkage analysis indicated that these regions were not significant.
