• Experiment
  Analysis of a P1 clone revealed that the Ly6i gene was flanked by the Ly6a and Ly6e genes on mouse Chromosome 15. The distance between the Ly6a and Ly6e genes was between 35-40kb. The order/orientation of genes were: 5' - Ly6a - 3' - 13.4kb - 5' - Ly6i -3' (~25kb) - 3' - Ly6e - 5'.
