    Authors used the T31 mouse-hamster Radiation Hybrid Panel to map the Sh3kbp1 gene to mouse Chromosome X linked to DXMit189 (LOD 15.3), DXMit220 (LOD 12.6) and DXMit33 (LOD 12.0). The best fit location for Seta was DXMit189 14.4 cR proximal and DXMit220 22.6cR distal. The data can be accessed at http://www.jax.org/resources/documents/cmdata/rhmap/rhsubmit.html.
