Ncbp1 Hybridization NCBP Human cDNA
Notes
  • Experiment
Human cDNA probes for XPA and NCBP1 were shown to hybridize to mouse P1 clone ICRFP703G06236. Mouse Xpa was previously mapped with mouse Chromosome 4. This result indicates that mouse genes Xpa and Ncbp1 are physically linked on mouse Chromosome 4. The tandem location of both gene is conserved on Human Chromosome 9.
