  The sequence of 2.5Kb mouse genomic DNA 3' to the last exon of Fliih shows extentive homology with mouse gene Llglh indicating that these genes are tightly linked on mouse Chromosome 11. The sequence of both genes is deposited in GenBank under accession ID AF142329.
