Notes
  • Experiment
Overlapping BAC and PAC clones from 129/Sv and C57BL/6J mice were informative in ordering clones within a 600 kb region of mouse Chromosome 7. This region of Chromosome 7 in within a segemnt which includes imprinted genes. The order of genes from the centromere was indicated as Zim1-Peg3-247N19T7-TarA-TarB- 402H23M13. A new gene downstream of Peg3 was identified as Usp23. Usp23 is a gene of approximately 400 kb and includes the DNA segments 247N19T7-TarA-TarB-402H23M13.
