The order and orientation of the markers in this region was determined by sequencing this segment and was determined to be: 5' - Dip2 - 3' - 3' - S100b - 5' - 5' - Hrmt1l1 - 3' - 3' - Slc5a4a - 5' - Slc5a4b - 3' - 3' - D10Jhu82e - 5' - 5' - Zfp270 - 3'.
