  The clones ICRFP703B1614Q5 and ICRFP703N2430Q5 were sequenced (GenBank sequence: AJ400878) completely. Analusis of the sequence revealed the presence of six genes in the order: Cegp1 - ICRFP703B1614Q5.2 - ICRFP703B1614Q5.3 - Ascl3 - ICRFP703B1614Q5.5 - ICRFP703B1614Q5.6. The BAC appears to have been mapped to Chromosome 7. The chromosome assignment is in agreement with the map location of the human orthologs that map to a syntenic region on human 11p15.3.
