Notes
  • Experiment
Authors identified YAC clones positive for the Irx3, irx5 and Irx6 genes that have been found to map to YAC contigs WC-1037 and WC-1038 at 43 cM on Chromosome 8 in the WI/MIT CGR database. Further analysis revealed the order of markers to be : Irx3 - D8Mit309 - D8Mit147 - irx5 - D8Mit267 - D8Mit284 - Irx6 - 20.MMHAP88FRG8.seq.
