    The authors compare a ~1 Mb imprinted genomic region on mouse Chromosome 7 to its orthologous region on humna Chromosome 11p15.5. Using comparative genomics and sequence analysis tools, they were able to identify several genes in this region. The order of markers was determined to be: centromere - Mrpl23 - Nctc1 - 3'- H19 - 5' - Ihit1 - 3'- Igf2 - 5' - 3'- Ins2 - 5' - Rpl13 - Birc1cl - 3'- Th - 5' - 3'- Ascl2 - 5' - Tspan32 - 5'- Cd81 - 3' - Tssc4 - Trpm5 - 5'- Kcnq1 - 3' - 3'- Kcnq1ot1 - 5' - Tssc8 - 3'-Cdkn1c - 5' - AF313042 - 5'- Slc22a1l - 3' - 3'- Tssc3 - 5' - 3'-Nap1l4 - 5' - telomere.
