Notes
  • Experiment
    The authors sequenced a 176kb BAC clone from the t-complex region and used a combination of computer-aided predictions and analysis of EST, cDNA and amino acid sequence homology to identify genes and infer their intron-exon structures. The order and orientation of genes on this BAC clone was determined to be: 5' - Glo2 - 3' - 5' - Igfals - 3' - 3' - Nubp2 - 5' - 5' - Tce1 - 3' - 5' - Tce2 - 3' - 5' - Nme3 - 3' - 3' - Mapk8ip3 - 5' - 3' - D17Ertd441e - 5' - 3' - Tce3 - 5' - 3' - Tce4 - 5' - 5' - Tce5 - 3'.
