Notes
  • Experiment
The authors identified mouse orthologs to human genes in the 4p16.3 syntenic region of the Wolf-Hirschhorn deletion. Sequence analysis and Hdh deletion data was used to identify several orthologous mouse genes on Chromosome 5. D5Mit389 and D5Mit149 are the flanking markers for the cluster of genes near the Hdh locus. The genes identified were Hdh, Gprk2l, Add1, Whsc2h, Whsc1, Fgfr3 and Letm1. The exact order of these genes was not determined.
