  The authors used the T31 radiation hybrid panel to map the Pgam2 gene to chromosome 11, 29.57 cR from D11Mit129 (LOD > 3.0) which was assigned to 1.4 cM of chromosome 11. However, the rather low LOD score does not confirm an association of Pgam2 with mouse Chromosome 11 markers.
