Notes
  • Experiment
    42 backcross and 149 intercross progeny resulting from crosses using C57BL/KaLawRij cpdm/cpdm with either BALB/cJ or CAST/EiJ were informative in mapping cpdm to mouse Chromosome 15. The following order was provided by the authors: D15Mit156 - 1.47 +/- 0.65 cM - D15Mit105 - 0.29 +/- 0.29 cM - cpdm - D5Mit28 - 0.88 +/- 0.51 cM - D15Mit68 - 1.76 +/- 0.71 cM - D15Mit70 - D15Mit2. The authors indicated that there was 1 recombination between cpdm and D15Mit105 and 3 recombinants between cpmd and D15Mit68. In addition there were no recombinations between cpdm and D15Mit28 .
