GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Hamp direct sequencing
Usf2 direct sequencing
Notes
  • Experiment
The authors identified the Hamp1 and Usf2 genes on the sequence from the genomic clone CT7-8N15 (AC020841). The genes are separated by 1.24 kb. The genes are present in the tail-to-head orientation as: 3'- Usf2-5' - 1.24kb - 5'- Hamp1 -3'.
