Notes
  • Experiment
    The authors genotyped 247 F2 mice derived from three intercrosses (NKT/Pas x MAI/Pas, NKT/Pas x MBT/Pas, NKT/Pas x CAST/Ei) to narrow the nkt region to a 1 cM region between D13Mit142 and D13Mit281. Haplotype analysis revealed the order and distance of markers to be: D13Mit21, D13Mit23, D13Mit250 - 0.8 +/- 0.4 - D13Mit141, D13Mit279 - 0.2 +/- 0.2 - D13Mit142, D13Mit157 - 0.4 +/- 0.3 - Ctsl, D13Mit7, D13Mit39, D13Mit209 - 0.6 +/- 0.3 - D13Mit281.
