Notes
  • Experiment
A mouse Chromosome 12 BAC genomic clone was informative to physically link mouse genes Traf3, Amn and Cdc42bpb. It was determined that Amn is included in 5.3kb of genomic sequence and contains 12 exons and 11 introns, whereas the 3' end of Cdc42bpb is included within a genomic fragment that included Amn. Traf3 is upstream of both genes.
