  • Experiment
    The authors used the T31 moouse-hamster radiation hybrid panel to map the Tgm7, Tgm5 and Epb4.2 genes to the distal part of mouse Chromosome 2. The best-fit location was to the segment defined by D2Mit204 proximal and D2Mit396 distal, with a highest LOD of 14.5, 16.6 and 15.5 to the anchor marker D2Mit395 and a LOD of > 20 to D2Ertd616e.
