Blcap overlapping clones 142N16,137P16,137N24
Notes
  • Experiment
Authors used 4 overlapping BAC genomic clones (142N16, 137P16, 137N24, 83K24) to map Nnat and Blcap. Direct sequencing revealed Nnat is contained within an intron of Blcap, which is transcribed in the opposite direction of Nnat. Nnat is paternally expressed while the expression of Blcap is biallelic.
