  The T31 mouse radiation hybrid panel was used to map a deletion hotspot on distal mouse Chromosome 4. This region is contained in YAC clone "ICRFgamma 902F1296" and exhibits a high rate of mutation (7%) with and without X-irradiation. The order of markers was determined as follows: centromere - D4Mit160 - 8.8 cR - D4Pot1 - 4.2 cR - D4Mit252.
