  The Authors used genetic (EUCIB cross) and radiation hybrid mapping to assign mouse gene Pcgf1 to a region of mouse Chromomsome 6 that contains Tlx2 and Htra2. Both Tlx2 and Pcgf1 are co-expressed. However Tlx2 was excluded as a candidate for Pcgf1 based on its location.
