Notes
  • Experiment
    1031 animals from a (SWXL-17/Ty-ln/ln x CAST/Ei)F1 x SWXL-17/Ty-ln/ln backcross were used to determine the following order and distance of markers on mouse Chromosome 1. The order of markers is as follows: centromere - D1Mit488 - 0.2 cM +/- 0.1 cM - D1Fcr18 - 0.2 cM +/- 0.1 cM - D1Mit10, Mlph, D1Fcr21 - 0.2 cM +/- 0.1 cM - D1Fcr22 - 0.3 cM +/- 0.2 cM - D1Mit84 - 0.3 cM +/- 0.2 cM - D1Mit365 - telomere. Mlph was localized to a 0.9 cM interval flanked by D1Mit488 and D1Mit84.
