Notes
  • Experiment
    Tnfsf13b was mapped by genotype analysis of 262 (NZB x NZW)F1 x NZB backcross animals and 250 (NZB x NZW)F1 x NZW backcross animals. Tnfsf13b was localized to 2.4 cM - 3.3 cM on mouse Chromosome 8 between D8Mit332 and D8Mit173. The order of markers is asfollows: centromere - D8Mit43 - 1.4 cM - D8Mit332 - 3.3 cM - Tnfsf13b - 2.9 cM - D8Mit173 - telomere.
