  Various intercrosses and backcrosses involving Hag and wild type mice were informative to show that the Hag mutation mapped cetromeric to D15Mit246, Krt1-18 and Krt2-8. There were a total of only 3 recombinants between Hag and the aformentioned 3 gene cluster.
